Athletics at Lake Como Sport Academy are delivered through Ten Training, a high-performance football development organization operating in Northern Italy.
The athletic program is structured around professional standards, not recreational activity.
This is not a casual training environment.
It is a performance-based system.
The program includes:
Training intensity and expectations align with European professional development environments.
Each student-athlete receives:
Development is tracked and documented. Standards are consistent. Feedback is direct.
Student-athletes compete within organized structures aligned with their level. Opportunities may include:
Placement is never guaranteed. Progression is earned. Selection depends on performance, maturity, and readiness. Lake Como Sport Academy does not sell contracts. It prepares athletes to compete for them.
For exceptional student-athletes demonstrating elite performance standards, introduction to higher-level environments — including semi-professional or professional structures — may occur.
Such opportunities are merit-based and depend entirely on performance and suitability.
The Academy provides preparation and exposure. Advancement depends on the athlete.
We expect:
This is a development environment, not a showcase event.

This program is not for everyone. It is for student-athletes who are serious about growth, independence, and long-term success.
If that’s you, we should talk.
